The rooms were spacious and the view from our balcony was beautiful. the location was also great, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions.
The staff didn't speak English very well and we had a hard time communicating with them. the amenities were also lacking, and we were surprised to find that there were no toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel we stayed offered good views of the nearby mountain, which was picturesque. , the room was clean and cozy. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options to choose from, including local cuisine.
The lack of staff's knowledge of English made communication difficult and frustrating. the basic amenities like toiletries were not offered unless asked and the check-in process took a long time, which was a bummer.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on Jeju Island. The location was perfect, situated on a small hilltop in the middle of the island. This gave the hotel a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The breakfast offered a great selection of options and was a wonderful way to start the day.
No aspect of my stay could be improved.

This hotel is located on a small hill top near the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding nature, especially since it snows a lot here. the rooms are spacious and warmly heated, with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, and cooking utensils. the bathroom has a good hot water system, but no toiletry items are provided. the breakfast has both Western and Korean options, and is self-served. Guests can also enjoy the spa, which is a popular choice among tourists.
The hotel lacks internet access in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
